Just another end of the day in the low country!

Ok, So for everyone that knows me. I am still running my Inspection business but I see a huge gap in the market for qualifies Licensed trades people. We are NOT handy men we are a home services team that has a focus on painting and the home services arena. I am currently waiting for all my bonds and specialty licenses to be completed and insurance to come through which is about 2 weeks away and will be building the brand from there.
With that being said we can not do any repairs or painting that we have inspected within a 12 month window as to not violate state law and the governing guidelines of the SCLLR. With that being said once we are 100% legal we will be rolling out our services very aggressively in the local area.
I will emphasize that we will be licensed and bonded through the state of South Carolina. Most of the people operating in this arena do not go through the process and are operating in the grey. I will not and that is where we saw the gap. From poor repairs done at inspections, Poor "NEW" paint jobs on flipped homes, and jst sloppy work. Myself team and trade partners will be executing the best quality possible at all time with customer facing technology documenting the progress and repairs from start to finish.
