BEX Realty is officially back!

As ZFC Real Estate, we are proud to announce that our founder, Zev Freidus, has relaunched BEX Realty and brought it under the same ownership. This marks the reunion of both brands under one roof.

Founded in 2005 as Boca Executive Realty and later rebranded to BEX in 2016, BEX Realty returns as our flagship residential brand. ZFC Real Estate will continue operating strong as our dedicated commercial real estate division.

Zev is back at the helm as sole proprietor, reuniting the pieces and leading both companies into the next exciting chapter — stronger, more innovative, and fully focused on the future.
