For anyone in Upstate SC who enjoys looking at homes that are a little different, I put together a local guide of unique homes currently for sale around Greenville, Spartanburg, Gaffney and nearby areas.

This is not a typical list of subdivision homes.

There are some really interesting properties in the guide — homes with acreage, pond and lake views, barns, farms, equestrian features, historic character, mountain views, and even a fly-in airpark community where homes have access to a runway.
