Does anyone know of any lenders or loan programs for a manufactured/mobile home that is not on a permanent foundation and is located on a rented lot?

The home was built in 2009, is a double-wide, and has a clear title. I’m looking for financing options for a buyer. Any recommendations for lenders or loan officers with experience in these types of loans would be greatly appreciated!
