I think one of the biggest misconceptions in real estate is that your first home needs to be your forever home.

SPOILER: it doesn’t 🏠

Your first home is a stepping stone. It’s where you start building equity, where you learn what you actually want in a house, and where you set yourself up for the next one.

Nobody goes straight to the dream home, you build toward it. And every payment you make, every year that goes by, you’re getting closer.
