The math never mathed for me but the houses? The houses always made sense 😅

I wasn’t the kid who had it all figured out. I just knew I loved people, I loved homes, and I could talk to literally anyone about anything.

Turns out that’s a pretty solid foundation for a career in real estate 🏠

If you would’ve told 16-year-old me that I’d be running my own real estate business in the Treasure Valley, she would’ve asked if there were tacos involved... (they are, by the way 🤪)

And honestly? Some days I’m making lunches, running carpool, squeezing in a workout before my first showing, answering emails at red lights, and closing deals from the school parking lot.

So yeah, I guess I am in the kitchen... cooking up contracts, building a business, raising amazing humans, and somehow still making it to soccer practice on time 💪🏼

The juggle is real but so is the life I’ve built doing what I love in a place I love!!

Because what usually follows that condescending opener is a comment designed to make me second-guess myself... And that’s just not happening 🙅🏻‍♀️

I didn’t get here by being unsure... I got here by studying the contracts, knowing the market inside and out, advocating hard for my clients, and not backing down when someone tries to big-league me at the table 💪🏼

Experience isn’t just about years, it’s about how hard you’ve worked in those years. And I’ve worked HARD!

There’s a secret to winning multiple-offer situations, and it has nothing to do with price 😈

Obviously I’m kidding 😂 Please don’t do this LOL

But getting an offer accepted in this market takes way more than just writing a number on a page. It’s about strategy, timing, relationships, and knowing what the seller actually cares about beyond the price!

I’ve gotten offers accepted in multiple-offer situations because I know how to position my clients to stand out. No threats required 🤪

I die and come back to life at least 3 times per transaction 🥲

The highs are HIGH. The lows make you question every life choice..
.. And somewhere in the middle you’re just sitting on the couch pretending everything is fine while internally doing math at 11pm 😅

Sir, it is 2026 and you just asked me to FAX an offer 📠
 
I promise you I can negotiate just as hard over DocuSign as I can over a fax machine. Actually harder, because I don’t have to wait for it to load one page at a time 😅
 
But hey, whatever gets us to the closing table. I’ll send it by carrier pigeon if I have to.
 
The real estate industry is evolving. Some agents are keeping up and others are still looking for the fax number 👀 Either way, I’m getting my clients’ offers in front of sellers FAST!
