🏡 KINGSTON ESTERO UPDATE — THE MODELS ARE ALMOST HERE!
If you’ve been watching all of the construction happening farther east on Corkscrew Road, we finally have some BIG updates on Kingston, one of the most anticipated new communities coming to Estero.
📅 GRAND OPENING: OCTOBER 17, 2026
Kingston will officially welcome prospective buyers to tour the first new model homes and get a closer look at what’s planned for this massive new community.
Here’s what we know so far:
🏠 KINGSTON SOUTH
Three builders are currently constructing models:
• Pulte Homes
• Lennar
• Neal Communities
Kingston South is planned as a multigenerational neighborhood with approximately 3,625 homes, including a mix of single-family homes and villas.
🌴 ESPLANADE AT KINGSTON
On the north side of Corkscrew Road, Taylor Morrison is bringing its popular Esplanade lifestyle brand to Kingston, with plans for single-family homes, villas and condominiums along with resort-style amenities.
🏗️ AND KINGSTON IS MUCH MORE THAN A NEIGHBORHOOD
At full buildout, plans call for:
🏡 Up to 10,000 residences
🛍️ Approximately 700,000 sq. ft. of commercial space
🌳 More than 3,750 acres dedicated to environmental preserves and wildlife habitat
🎓 A future K–12 True North Classical Academy campus, currently planned to open its first phase in 2028
🍽️ Future shopping, dining and everyday services
🏊 Resort-style amenities and recreation
Homes are expected to include everything from villas and condominiums to larger single-family homes, giving Kingston a wide range of options for different buyers and budgets.
📍 Kingston is located along Corkscrew Road east of Verdana Village, and this entire corridor is going to look very different over the next several years.
The Kingston Grand Opening is scheduled for Saturday, October 17 from 11 AM–2 PM, and no RSVP is currently required.

And one important tip if you’re thinking about new construction: contact me BEFORE visiting or registering with a builder. Having your own representation from the beginning can make a big difference when comparing builders, homesites, incentives and contract terms.
