After helping my clients sell their home, I had the privilege of helping them find and purchase their next one as well. Real estate journeys don’t always go exactly as planned, and this one came with its share of obstacles, moving parts, and uncertainty along the way. Some sales are smooth… and some take patience, persistence, and trust. ❤️

This one definitely had a few bumps along the way, including going back on the market, but in the end we got it SOLD for a great price and I couldn’t be happier for my sellers — who also happen to be dear friends.

Real estate is emotional. It’s stressful. It’s exciting. And sometimes the journey doesn’t go exactly as planned. But getting to help friends close one chapter and move onto a new one makes it all worth it.
