On September 26, we’re bringing the whole conversation into one room.

A Financial Advisor. A CPA. A Real Estate Attorney. A Mortgage Lender. And two Realtors (including a social worker who can handle the family drama!)

No sales pitch. No assumption that buying is the right answer.

Just an opportunity for parents to understand the options, ask real questions, and hear how these different pieces intersect when considering whether and how yo help a young adult become a homeowner.

We haven’t seen another event quite like this. And after our pilot workshop, parents told us it was eye-opening, inspiring, and well worth their time.

YES, 40 is the average age for first time homebuyers.

That’s why we are doing something about it.

A room full of parents starts seeing new possibilities for their young adults’ future.

We were so encouraged by the feedback from our recent parent workshop, especially comments like:

That is exactly why we created this.
This workshop is designed for parents of young adults who want to explore smart, creative ways to help their children get into the market before they are priced out, including strategies around parent-supported homebuying and investment property ownership.

It was clear from the event that people felt the care behind it: organized, professional, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. And that doesn’t happen by accident.

Time for a good one, ready?

Every good story has some good characters. This one does not lack.

Some of my first friends in Boston, they helped me experience God healing when I needed at most, eventually became my pastor, and then my colleague, realtor and through it all, Friends! ❤️🤩

Congratulations to the Gredenius family on the purchase of an epic custom-built home with French-inspired architecture and extraordinary gardens.

Months before they ever stepped inside, they had already fallen in love with it. The Sellers story was magical. She was a true artist and Garden master and the entire property felt like a fairytale

At first, it felt out of reach, but with patience, hope, and the right timing, they were able to make an offer that ultimately worked.

This week we walked the property with the landscaper who helped the former owner bring her garden vision to life. He shared such meaningful stories about a woman who was clearly a mastermind, someone who poured beauty, detail, and purpose into this home and its gardens.

Now the Gredenius family gets to carry the story forward. They generously and beautifully helped so many create beauty to you in their homes and in our church now it’s time to do it for your home ❤️❤️
