Happy 4th of July from our crew to you and yours. We delivered some extra special patriotic Apple Pies (what is more American than that really!!??) And BBQ bags and wreaths to a few of our cherished clients. It was so nice to connect and even see some wonderful renovations that people have done since they bought their homes.

If you didnt see us this week - hopefully we will be dropping by to see you on a visit soon when its not quite so HOT!

And of course saw some amazing coastal fireworks 🎆 to top off a great week.

When I sold this unit to my client 16 years ago - I told her it was the best unit in the complex! Still holds true! Top floor / 2 Br - one that had 2 large closets and will fit a king sized bed.... a leafy, tree top deck downtown Boston skyline views / off street parking.... oh - and one of the BEST locations in the city - Over the Bridge in Savin Hill! Just a couple of blocks from the T / the beach...⛱️ / UMASS Boston / tons of area restaurants and shoppatunities...
