Heavy on the right access at the right time can change a life‼️

Exposure creates access. Access creates opportunity.

So whenever I get the calls to speak to the next generation of real estate leaders in Boston, I make sure to make the time to show up.

I recently spent time with an incredible group of Boston Public high school students through the Prepped program at a real life project we are currently marketing that has been built. This prigrsm is doing real work & creating real impact. We talked about building a real estate business, multi-family investing, development, and what it truly means to create ownership and run a full service real estate business

As I stood there, I found myself reflecting not just about where I am today; but about where I started & how powerful access actually is. Exposing youth to the process of brokering multi-million dollar real estate deals, wealth building through real estate, & development early really can change one's trajectory.

I find most students are not lacking ambition; they are usually lacking exposure. They have never seen what’s possible up close. They have never been in the room where real decisions are made, where deals are structured, where wealth is built.

When you expose young minds to that early; & they can actually see it, hear it, feel it...it changes how they think. It expands what they believe is possible for their lives.

Once that belief is there, everything shifts & you have the tools to contribute to the world & your circle in ways that were formally unimaginable to say the least.

This is bigger than just real estate.
This is about proximity.
This is about access.
This is about changing trajectories before they are set.

The next generation does not need more motivation...they need more doors opened.
