This one feels especially meaningful.

Like me, they originally landed in Boulder because of a job change. They built a life here for nearly 10 years before another job opportunity took them back East. But after only a few months away, they started missing Boulder - and I mean really missing Boulder. The mountains, the lifestyle, the community… they realized this was home, and they wanted to come back.

I feel incredibly honored to have helped them with such an important life decision — and to help bring them home. ❤️

We’ve been working together for quite some time and toured plenty of homes along the way, waiting for the right one. And this one checked the boxes! Completely remodeled from head to toe, an incredible second-story addition, plus one of my favorite details: the garage was connected to the house, creating a killer mudroom. 🙌

Some clients simply become friends, and these two definitely fall into that category. I feel like I’ve known them for decades, and I know our friendship will continue long after closing. I’m already looking forward to my first dinner in their new home, although I suppose we may have to adjust to not seeing each other multiple times a week. 😉 We’ll do our best!

With only a few days to find a home before relocating from Nashville, this wonderful family of five found the perfect fit! There’s plenty of space for everyone, the kids have Dakota Ridge’s Central Park right outside to make new friends, and Mom and Dad have miles of trails just steps from their front door.

But my favorite part of the story? Dad’s college roommate is also making the move to Boulder from Indiana, so these lifelong friends get to start this new chapter together. How special is that?
