Another happy buyer! It was such a joy to get to know this savvy first time homebuyer over several months while we searched for the perfect home. Amazingly, we found one that checked ALL her boxes for location, size, price, condition, and even timing as her lease ran out, and were able to negotiate replacement of a few major components as well! It’s a great time to be a buyer right now!
