😫 Ya’ll- this market is tough. And unpredictable. I’ve had great successes selling properties quickly this year, but this one was not the case- and it was SUCH a good house.

Tucker and Jessie are making some chess moves and this house sale was involved in making other BIG dreams come true in their personal and professional lives. It was such an honor to walk them through their first house sale. It’s always bittersweet selling a house you built from the ground up.

The right family got it. We had some speed bumps along the way, but (as it usually does) everything ended exactly as it should! Ya’ll were so patient and gracious through it all. Thank you both for trusting me with such a big decision!

For one of the first times in my career, I wanted to list the house for MORE than my seller did- I told them to trust me on this - and I’m glad I could put the money where my mouth was. 🤑

📈📊 We need to not only look at Bowling Green/Warren County market data, but sometimes we need to drill down into micro-areas (like particular neighborhoods) which comps may be outperforming the greater market, as was the case here.

Greg & Judy have bought and sold a lot of real estate over the last few years, but never used a REALTOR. We have been friends for a long time, and I’ve been happy to be a source of advice and strategy for them as they developed their Air BNB portfolio.

The time came to make a chess move and sell one of their properties so they could focus their time and resources on something else even better. It was a pleasure and honor to guide them through the listing and sales process.
