Most people think the hard part is finding the house.

In reality, that's often the easy part.

After a contract is signed, there are inspections, appraisals, title work, financing deadlines, repairs, and dozens of moving pieces that all have to come together.

A big part of my job is making sure small issues don't become big problems.
