📊 Bowling Green / Warren County Housing Market Update – May 2026
Peak season is in full swing! 💫
🏡 New Construction
Inventory has dropped from just over to just under 4 months this month. The average days on market about the same at 128 days.
🏘️ Existing Homes
Inventory saw a similar decrease to just under 5 months. Decrease from 30% last month to 28% of the 835 active listings are pending or under contract and average 110 days on the market.
🏡 What we saw this month:
🌟Well-prepared, well-priced homes continue to move quickly and do well.
🌟 Rates adjusted a bit but no major change
🌟 Motivated buyers are touring and making offers when they find their match
🌟 Overpriced homes? Still sitting longer, still adjusting price or leaving the market frustrated…
👉 Bottom Line:
Peak season is here, and buyers and sellers are active. Still a Seller’s Market, but buyers still have a lot of options if they’re prepared and ready to move on a property.
