Kid under one arm.. Barbie van under the other
Hurrying the others along .. dropping all the things after letting them have “5 more minutes” for a half hour

Rainy Season runs June-September
The most rain is always July & August… this is generally like a late afternoon storm every day that pops up quickly but only last between 15 min to an hour

It’s an island so the roads do flood in spots pretty quickly, but also dry just as fast .. parents bring a wagon for quick escape 🫶

Keep in mind this is a community that most people live in .. not just vacation.. it’s actually a pretty small town where everyone knows everyone.

🏖️The closest to AMI in the Panhandle would be Navarre Beach, FL but still very different.

🌞As far as it being busy.. we do have busy seasons which I’ve talked about before, but imagine if you’ve driven the 2 lane roads between Grayton Beach & Blue Mountain Beach.. that’s the entire 7 miles of AMI just with less crowded homes & more beach access. But! I say that because you get a tourist crowd come in & its 2 lanes on a small island with one main road.. usually on a weekend.. OF COURSE its going to be crowded 😂

Anna Maria Island doesn’t have big name brands or wild experiences like Destin or Myrtle Beach areas & we LOVE that!

🚫Go Cart Tracks
🚫Partying.. except the
Moose Club & Drift In 😂
🚫Chain Restaurants
🚫High Rises
🚫2AM Food or Drink Spots
🚫Fireworks
🚫No letting your teenagers wonder around or smoking w**d on the beach.. I promise you one thing.. the local Sheriff don’t play!

How I think you could have the best experience
✈️Fly in Allegiant.. it’s like a $45 flight
🏠Get a rental close to Bridge St or Pine Ave WITH a golf cart
🚕Grab an Uber to downtown Bradenton &/or
⛴️Catch the Ferry over to the island to avoid traffic
Or just uber to your rental
You can go anywhere on the island on the golf cart including Publix. Everything you could possibly need is on the island.
🚲There are many bike rental places & Public Transportation for the island
