Another question I hear often is:

“Isn’t staging only for vacant luxury homes”?

Not at all.

In fact, the sellers I work with are still living in their homes when they decide to sell.

Vacant staging certainly has its place, but occupied staging requires a completely different skill set. You’re not starting with an empty canvas. You’re working with family photos, pets, collections, furniture, daily routines, and years of memories.

That’s why I chose this specialty.

My job isn’t to erase the homeowner’s personality. It’s to help buyers focus on the home’s possibilities instead of its distractions.

And the best part?
