Today was staging day!

It’s always such a joy to work with real estate professionals who do not compete on commission, but compete on value.

Karen DeStefano Ashford with Keller Williams Coastal Living III, is one of those agents. She doesn’t simply stick a sign in the yard, she offers her sellers who are living in their homes, occupied staging to help them prep for listing photos.

Karen knows that this not only helps her sellers, it helps her listing photos look their best. Buyers start their searches online for both homes and real estate agents whose listings look great.

Working with both the sellers and with Karen & Phil on this home was especially rewarding. I’m so excited to see it go live!
