I recently put together a detailed market update for Greyhawk Landing in Bradenton after noticing there really isn’t much neighborhood-specific data available online for local homeowners.
What I found was actually pretty interesting:
• transaction activity increased significantly
• pricing softened slightly
• inventory remains relatively limited
• and buyers appear to be much more selective than they were a few years ago.
I break down:

* and what these numbers may realistically mean for homeowners in today’s market.
