1. How much will my home rent for?
This isn’t a number we guess on the spot. We run a full rental analysis using current market data, comparable homes actively listed, and properties rented within the last 60 days. The goal is to find a rent range that attracts strong tenants quickly while maximizing value for the owner.
2. How much are your fees?
Fees vary based on rent amount and portfolio size. In many cases, higher rents mean lower management fees, and owners with multiple properties may qualify for discounts. All fees and terms are clearly outlined in our property management agreement and included with the rental analysis. No surprises, full transparency, and we are always happy to walk through the details.
3. What can a property manager do that I can’t?
