We finally closed on this beauty last night. Went under contract in 13 days but closing took almost 2 months. We had multiple issues with buyers lending side but finally got it done. This one was defintely trying but I gained some great friends in the sellers. Congrats to the buyers. They really deserved this home.

Closed- Congrats to my buyers for closing on their first home yesterday and they got married in the middle of this process. Talk about stress but they got a perfect home to start their new adventure of life in. One more closing scheduled for 9/23.

**CLOSED** Congratulations to one of my buyers. We closed on his home yesterday and received a Clear to Close for my other buyer for next week. Have a third closing the third week of September and put an offer in last night on another.
