💧 **A LITTLE PSA ABOUT LEAKS…** 💧

Your neighbor’s plumbing leaks into your unit.

You grab some towels, sop it up and think:

**“No big deal. Everything’s fine.”**

Except… I need you to tell us. 😏

Maybe the vanity got wet. Maybe there’s a water spot on the ceiling. Maybe everything *looks* perfectly fine once it dries.

**I still need to know.**

Water has an annoying habit of going places you can’t see. It can damage drywall, flooring, cabinets, subfloors and more — and sometimes the damage doesn’t become obvious until MUCH later.

If we aren't notified when it happens, we can't document it, investigate it or address the responsible party while the evidence is fresh.

Then two years later, when something fails because of an old leak nobody reported, guess whose expense it may become?

And I don't particularly care for that. 😏

So please: **If water goes somewhere water isn't supposed to go, REPORT IT.** Even if you cleaned it up. Even if you don't see damage. Even if you think it's no big deal.
