When did a vacation rental start coming with kayaks, paddle boards, and e-bikes?

At Tall Timbers Camp in Hollister, that is just part of what is available when you stay at Sawyer's Rest. Gear rentals on site. Stocked fishing lakes. Walking and hiking trails through the woods. Indoor pool open year-round. Big Cedar Lodge just 8 minutes down the road.

Someone is already asking about the hot tub. Someone else found the fire pit. The kids are one level up, still asleep.

Later there will be Silver Dollar City, or the lake, or just the Branson Strip. But right now the deck is enough. The creek is enough.

That is the thing about Cozy Creek Cabin. The resort amenities are right there — indoor pool with a water slide, pickleball, golf cart rentals. Branson is 10 minutes away when you want it.

What does your family actually do after dinner on vacation?

At Pine and Dandy, that answer takes care of itself. Shuffleboard downstairs. Hot tub on the lower patio under the trees. A screened deck with room for six if someone wants the night air. Three levels mean the kids can disappear to the bunk room, and the adults can stay up as long as they want.

Twelve guests. Three full ensuite bedrooms. Two living areas. One wooded patio that tends to hold people longer than they planned.

The Ozarks are right outside. Silver Dollar City is 22 minutes. Big Cedar is 8. But some nights, nobody ends up leaving.
