🏡✨ CLOSING DAY! ✨🏡

Today was an especially exciting day for my seller clients as we officially closed on their beautiful new construction home!

This transaction was much more than just another closing for me—it was deeply personal.

This home was located in the very last subdivision my dad ever developed and built. My family lived in this community, my parents called it home, and even today it still feels like home to me. Walking those streets brings back so many memories.

As we wrapped up the sale, I found myself handing the builder the final Deaton’s Crossing folder. It was a moment that hit me right in the heart. The last folder handed to a builder in this community came from my mom when she sold the final new home built in my dad’s subdivision. Today, I had the privilege of doing the same—with my oldest daughter sitting right beside me.

Three generations. One community. A legacy built on faith, family, and real estate.

I am incredibly grateful to have worked with an amazing builder who created a home I was truly proud to represent in a neighborhood that will always hold a special place in my heart.

Today was one of those moments that reminds me why I love what I do. ❤️
