My REALTOR friends will know the meaning of a picture like this! Unearthing St. Joseph from my listing just before closing this week. It was a TOUGH road for these Sellers. We started off great- 3 offers, selected one at full price, handled repairs, seamless appraisal, and were ready for closing….Until the Buyer got cold feet 6 hours before closing 🫠🫠🫠 When we got it back on the market (with the earnest money in my Sellers’ hands!), it was a completely different market. Crickets. We had to follow the market and do price reductions (and enlist the help of good ol’ St. Joseph) to finally land a solid Buyer. And this week, it closed!

The St. Joseph statue worked its wonders! Nah…not really- it was all God’s Perfect Timing (that we don’t always get to understand).

Congratulations to my Sellers for keeping their patience & trust in me!! Time to close this chapter & enjoy the next!

I need to be better about posting what's happening on my socials🫠 But YES, still closing homes! Today, I got to help some sweet friends up-size to a bigger house in the same city... and it just so happens to be in my OWN neighborhood!
