This one was definitely a doozy, but it’s a great reminder of what can happen when everyone works together. The agent on the other side was fantastic, and the mortgage broker was incredible throughout the process.

Real estate transactions aren’t always easy, but when all parties communicate, collaborate, and focus on the same goal, great things happen.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year🥰

While being q***r is something to celebrate year-round, Pride Month is a time for joy, visibility, remembrance, community, and resistance.

Across the country, there are still people working overtime to erase, silence, and marginalize LGBTQ+ people….especially our trans siblings. They’re pushing harmful rhetoric, attacking rights, banning books, targeting healthcare, and trying to convince people that just even existing is up for debate.

It isn’t.

I’m not interested in shrinking myself to make others comfortable. I’m not interested in debating anyone’s humanity. I’m interested in protecting, loving, celebrating, and showing up for this community; not just in June, but every single day.

To the q***r folks, trans folks, questioning folks, and anyone still discovering who they are: I see you. I’m with you. You belong here. You are worthy of love, safety, joy, and a future where you get to be exactly who you are.

Take up space.
Protect each other.
Celebrate each other.
Love each other loudly.

And as always……. to the homophobes, transphobes, and performative allies who only show up when it’s convenient…..you can kindly f**k all the way off. 😘

One of my favorite parts of being in real estate is getting to step into spaces that hold so much life and love.

Everyone makes a home their own in such different ways, and this backyard just feels so full of memories. I can only imagine the laughter, slow summer evenings, celebrations, and quiet moments that have happened here….and all the beautiful memories still waiting to be made.❤️
