Char Kitchen in Bremerton is now hiring: Head Chef and Sous Chef

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 plus tips (based on experience)

We are looking for passionate, creative and dedicated culinary leaders to join our team. Char Kitchen will be a fast-paced kitchen with unique dishes. The leaders in the kitchen will build a strong, positive culture and lead a team.

Head Chef

-lead and inspire the kitchen team
-will oversee quality and consistency
-will manage food costs, inventory, labor and kitchen operations
-will work with vendors and develop strong communication with them

Sous Chef

-supports the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
-supervise line staff and ensure smooth service
-assist in training
-step into lead when Head Chef is off of work
