After falling though twice (through no fault of their own) the third time was the charm on my parents’ beautiful house for more than $25,000 over the original asking price. I wanted to give a shoutout to American Dream Movers. They moved my parents this past week and we can’t say enough about their positive experience. Their service was great and prices were incredibly reasonable. In addition to that, while they were moving my parents into their 55 community, they saw an elderly neighbor struggle to clear the ice in her driveway and the crew ran over to give her a hand. Great company and can’t recommend them enough.

Made the viral Trader Joe’s Lobster Pasta for dinner last night and the leftovers are even better. It literally took 20 mins from start to finish to make. Adding the link for the recipe I used. Can’t find Langostino tails anywhere (I found mine at Aldi)? Shrimp, crab meat or even chicken would be delicious in this. What are your favorite easy dump meals?
