JUST SOLD!
This one had more than a few bumps in the road.
My sellers were on the West Coast — three hours behind — which meant a lot of late-night calls on my end and being available well past normal business hours to keep things moving in real time. It also meant several extra trips to the property to handle the things they couldn't be there for in person.
Negotiations got tough. The clock was ticking. My sellers had one priority: close by today.
We got it done — right at the wire.
When you're selling from out of state, flexibility isn't a nice-to-have. It's the whole job. Sometimes that means dropping what you're doing to swing by the house. Sometimes it means picking up the phone at 9 PM. Whatever it takes to protect your client and get to the closing table.
