Today marks ONE YEAR since I passed my real estate exam!

I still remember driving home from Wheeling and refusing to open my results because I was so scared to look. Got home, put the paper on my island, did some things, THEN got the courage to open it, saw that I PASSED… I almost cried. Honestly I think I probably did, I can’t remember 😂

Fast forward one year and WOW. I never imagined things would take off as quickly as they did. I started January off with a closing, had more, worked with many amazing clients, met some amazing people in this industry, helped more people, learned A LOT along the way (still learning something new EVERY transaction to be honest) and built something I’m proud of myself for 💗

I could not have done it without YOU ALL. Every person who has trusted me as their agent, referred my name to a friend, shared one of my posts, liked or commented, tagged me when someone was looking for a Realtor, or simply cheered me on - THANK YOU 🫶 There are a LOT of real estate agents out there, so every single time someone chooses me or recommends my name, I appreciate it more than you know.

One year down, a lot of houses later, and I’m just getting started 😉

🌟 CLOSING DAYS ARE THE BEST DAYS!

Yesterday was special (every closing will probably be special to me in some way, let’s be honest 🤣) as I had the opportunity to help two wonderful young clients close on their first home.

From showings to inspections, questions, paperwork, & everything in between, they trusted me through the process. We may have looked at a ton of listings but did so in a short time and found *the one* quickly and that’s what matters.

I am SO excited for them as they start this new chapter as homeowners! I know this home will be filled with love, laughter, celebrations, and countless memories for years to come. 💗
