Finally getting to close this chapter and onto the next one for these Sellers.

This repeat client had met with me a few times over the years with the idea of getting a larger home, but we were never able to find the right fit. Then we did… except we didn’t… then we did again!

Following the first let down, a few stars aligned that gave my clients more flexibility than we ever had before. Thankfully, before the Sellers even moved out, a great local family expressed interest in the property. No showings. No open houses. No extra stress (mostly lol).

Everyone worked together beautifully as a team to get my Sellers out of the home and a bless a new family with a great home.
