🐮 Kensington Farm Center | The perfect half day activity: farm animals, a 150-year-old barn, herb garden, & grass maze. Pair it with a paddle boat rental on Kent Lake afterward if the kids have energy left.

⛱️ Splash ’n’ Blast | Two 240-foot water slides plus a sprayground on Kent Lake. Go
on a weekday since weekends
get packed fast.

🐟Kayak on Island Lake | There’s a mellow stretch of the Huron that’s great for beginners, with put-in and take-out points inside the park. Late August mornings are when the water is the calmest.

🌅 Mill Pond at Golden Hour | Head down to the boardwalk right before sunset for the best sunset views. Grab a bench along the promenade or walk the loop; either way it’s the quietest the pond gets all day.

🌽 Brighton Farmers Market | Saturdays 8am–1pm in the Municipal Parking Lot behind Bourbon’s. Go before 9am if you want first pick of the produce vendors.
