Our Veteran's Crossing development has received state funding through the Healey-Driscoll Administration's 2026 Winter Rental Round awards. Veteran's Crossing will bring new senior housing to the community, with a special focus on veterans and their families. The development will feature 41 affordable units, alongside on-site parking and laundry facilities, a community room, gym, and outdoor space.

We're deeply grateful to the Town of Swampscott, the Commonwealth, and our public and private funding partners for helping turn this vision into reality.

🏃 Functional Fitness — a weekly class led by a local retired nurse, now expanding to Coolidge House 2.
🥫 Food security — biweekly grocery shopping for 17 residents through the Sudbury Food Pantry.
💙 Monthly wellness check-ups — with Sudbury Pharmacy nurse Katie at both properties.
💻 Tech Hour — high schooler Jake has spent months helping residents with their devices.
🤝 Real support — we connect residents to HopeSudbury, Saint Vincent de Paul, Fuel Assistance, SNAP, Springwell, and SMOC every month.

Stable housing opens the door. These programs make it a home.
