I almost forgot to post this one… but honestly, this one deserves a moment.
This wasn’t a quick search. It was a little over three years. Seasons changed, the market shifted, life happened—and through it all, we kept showing up.
There were moments of excitement, moments of frustration, and even times where it made sense to hit pause and regroup. But every time, we came back with a little more clarity and a little more confidence in what “right” actually looked like.
They were approved for more than they were comfortable spending, and that could’ve easily pushed things in a different direction. But they stayed grounded. They chose patience over pressure, and long-term peace over short-term emotion.
And that’s what makes this one special.
Because in the end, we didn’t just find a house—we found their home. The one that fits their life, their goals, and their comfort zone… without needing to build or force anything.
Three years later, and it all came together exactly the way it was supposed to.
Some deals are fast.
