Today we officially closed and funded on 4204 Greenwood Road! 🎉

This transaction is a great reminder that sometimes the right buyer just needs the right opportunity.

After being on the market and seeing plenty of interest, the sellers ultimately decided they were happy continuing to use the property as an investment and short-term rental. The home was taken off the market, and just one week later I received a call from Lane Cooper asking if the sellers might still consider selling to a buyer he had in mind.

The sellers agreed to a showing, the buyer fell in love with the property, submitted a strong offer, and before long we were under contract.

From contract to closing, this transaction couldn't have gone any smoother. A huge thank you to Lane Cooper and his team for being wonderful to work with, The Baker Firm for handling the closing process so seamlessly, and most importantly, my incredible sellers for trusting me throughout the journey.
