You find a home online… it looks great, price seems okay, but then you notice it’s been sitting for 45+ days 👀

That’s where Days on Market (DOM) matters.

Sometimes it just means the home was priced too high at the start.
Sometimes it needs updates.
And sometimes… it’s actually a hidden opportunity that others overlooked.

On the flip side, homes with low DOM usually move fast, so timing and being ready really matters, especially during summer when things are active ☀️

This is why I always tell my clients: don’t just look at the photos, look at the details too.
