About a year ago, the owner of a special 160-acre property in Eagle came to us with one simple goal: maximize the value of their land.

This wasn’t just farmland. The property included:
• A Victorian homestead- the original farmhouse
• A stone/ranch home the owner grew up in
• Deep family history tied to the land

Rather than selling it as-is for agricultural use, Point Real Estate worked through a strategic, phased approach:

✔️ Created a three-lot Certified Survey Map (CSM)
✔️ Preserved a beautiful farmhouse setting for the Victorian home (expected to go on the market in 2026)
✔️ Separated the ranch home onto a 1.5-acre lot, which just sold over list price
✔️ Collaborated with both the Town and Village of Eagle to successfully annex the balance of the land into the Village of Eagle
