This week, my sellers officially closed and are heading off to their next adventure down south. ☀️

While every transaction has its own personality (and some have a little extra personality 😅), these clients were truly the best part of this one.

They were patient, understanding, kind, and the type of people who make you genuinely excited to pick up the phone every time they call.

Real estate is so much more than buying and selling houses. It's helping people close one chapter of their lives and start another, and I never take that responsibility for granted.

Wishing them lots of sunshine, happiness, and maybe just a little less stress than the last few months. 😂❤️

I'm team stone...low maintenance, looks clean, and time is not something I have a lot of extra of.
The only downside? Approximately 47 "pretty" rocks are now living in my kids' bedrooms, on the coffee table, and in places I haven't discovered yet. 😂
So maybe mulch has its merits.

Friday, I got to hand over the keys to one of the cutest homes in Norwich (I mean… just look at that porch! 😍) to some pretty incredible first-time home buyers. 🏡🔑

When we first met just a couple of months ago, I prepared them for the reality that finding the house and actually getting an offer accepted can sometimes take a while in this market.

But here we are, just two months after our first meeting. ❤️

They were kind, excited, patient, and simply so easy to root for throughout the entire process. Honestly, clients like these are one of the reasons I love what I do.

I'm genuinely so happy for them and so grateful they trusted me to walk alongside them through such a huge milestone. Buying your first home is something you'll never forget, and getting to be a small part of that never gets old.

I can't wait to see all the memories they create, the projects they take on, and all the ways they'll make this house their own.

Congratulations again! This is just the beginning, and I know you're going to do amazing things there. ❤️✨

Unpopular opinion: "just browsing" is a completely valid way to start your home search.

You don't need to be "serious" before you're allowed to ask a realtor questions. I've been doing this for 10 years and some of my favorite clients started with "we're not really ready but…"

Spoiler: they were ready. They just needed someone to talk to.

JUST SOLD! 🏡
This adorable waterfront home on Pickerel Lake in Colchester just found its perfect person!

We looked at a lot of houses. A few felt like “the one” until this one came along. The second he saw it, he knew. We got in quickly, wrote an offer the same day it hit the market, and just like that… under contract.

He’s going to have the best summers here, and that’s exactly why I love what I do. Helping people find their place, not just a house, never gets old.
