After navigating rising costs, high interest rates, and complex waterfront conditions, the project is now moving toward completion in 2027.

Sinatra & Company is proud to announce that several of its team members were nominated for the Bay Area Apartment Association’s prestigious Golden Medallion Awards, recognizing excellence throughout the multifamily housing industry.

Among the nominees, Luis Vergara of The Residences at Soho was honored as Maintenance Technician of the Year, a testament to his exceptional skill, dedication, and commitment to resident satisfaction.

The annual Golden Medallion Awards is a black-tie celebration that brings together the brightest professionals in the Bay Area’s multifamily community. The event recognizes excellence across numerous categories, including BAAA Cares, Emerging Leader, Management Volunteer of the Year, Regional Manager of the Year, Corporate Employee of the Year, Maintenance Technician of the Year, and Community Manager of the Year, among others. The gala was held last Friday.
