The main focus is to purchase multi-family apartment buildings and to renovate them to the highest possible standard. As a Real Estate Investment Company, Towne focuses not just on the development of its portfolio, but the management of its assets, people and services. The company’s first investment was a 4 unit apartment complex that had deteriorated under previous management; it was the goal of

this newly formed organization to renovate the building to the highest standard possible. Shortly after taking over, the property re-opened to its first set of residents, many of which remain in the building today. Towne Housing offers a great product, excellent customer service and easy to understand lease agreements that allow people to live a flexible life as they see fit. It is the vision to provide residents with an experience they are proud to be a part of. Towne offers fast responding customer service, maintenance and provides residents with the services needed and desired including; on site storage, off street parking, on site laundry facilities when able and continuous property updates and repairs to make living accommodations more desirable. Last night was a special one.

We had the chance to celebrate at Hartman’s Distillery following the closing of our Fairwood acquisition, bringing the Towne Housing and Fairwood teams together for the first time as one company.

Looking around the room, I couldn’t help but think about how much hard work, long hours, and dedication from so many people went into making this happen. Acquisitions don’t happen overnight, and this one certainly didn’t. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who played a role in getting us here.

To our new teammates—welcome to the Towne family. We’re excited to build something special together.

This is another major step in our journey, and I truly believe the best is still ahead of us. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built, thankful for every member of our team, and excited for the opportunities ahead as we continue growing together.
