The homes that sell the fastest usually did one thing right before listing. They removed the friction. Not a full renovation. Not a dozen new projects. Just the things that make buyers hesitate during a showing: overcrowded rooms, awkward furniture placement, dark spaces, distractions. Because when buyers walk in and immediately understand the house, they move differently. Less let us think about it. More when can we write an offer?
