Congratulations to my buyers for closing on their new home!!! 🥳🥳🥳🙏🏠❤️

They are first-time homebuyers and had a very specific criteria they were looking for. After some searching, we found a home that met all of their needs.

During the inspection contingency, we were able to successfully negotiate some big ticket items that needed to be taking care of. Making this a win-win situation.

We're able to get through the process and to the closing table as smooth as possible!
