359 Miller Ave is officially closed 🤍

This one was a good reminder that the market is not the same as it was a few years ago. Homes are still selling, but it takes more than putting a sign in the yard and posting a few pictures online.

It takes good marketing, honest conversations, patience, flexibility, and everyone working together toward the same goal.

This home had such a sweet feel to it, and I’m so happy we were able to get it sold and handed over to its next owner.

So grateful for sellers who trusted the process and were willing to go with the flow when the market asked us to adjust.

On to the next chapter for everyone involved, and I’m really thankful I got to be a small part of it.

Such a fun day at Thanksgiving Point 🤍 We checked out the dinosaurs, explored the Museum of Natural Curiosity, and walked through the Butterfly Biosphere.

The Museum of Natural Curiosity was definitely our favorite, and the butterflies were probably the most peaceful part of the day… unless you ask Brooke 😂 She wanted absolutely nothing to do with them.

So many fun things to do in one place. We’ll definitely be back!

This one was a good reminder that every transaction has its own little story. 
We had a few things come up along the way that we weren’t expecting, but my sellers were so patient and flexible through it all. They just kept trusting the process, going with the flow, and letting me help guide them through each step.

POV: you thought we were hanging out… but apparently I had “just one quick call” every 7 minutes 😂

Real estate is basically phone calls, house keys, more phone calls, and occasionally remembering to eat lunch (heavy on the occasionally)
