So long 2021 (I celebrated 40 years in the business in December), you were a tough one, but we still eked out much success, and are off to a great start in 2022.
The BSA team has already closed 2697 Mission Street, S.F.,CA (22 units/3 retail) for $4,700,000.00; and a spectacular home on acreage in San Carlos at 24 Shratton for $4,600,000.00.
Very excited that Compass has congealed into one (merged Alain-Pinel, Pacific Union and Paragon locally).

In spite of some recent events, we still live in the greatest Country on earth. 2021 has been a very good year for Real Estate, and we hope to keep inflation in check to perpetuate this.
