Our transactions this year have been all directly sought out by friends and family. I am thankful for each one.💙

What do they all have in common? Each one that called said they were wanting to make faith based decisions.

Some of them have mentioned previous experiences where they felt decisions were based in haste or for the agents' personal gain. Some have said they like to associate their decisions with people who think like-minded. Others say they trust our integrity. It is a huge compliment. We don't take it lightly.

We don't recruit a specific religion of clients, but we do know others around us know our faith and ethical standard. Real estate is a business where those lines can get blurry quick.

You should know when you call us, we won't pressure you into certain things that make you uncomfortable. This isn't about our numbers, it's about yours. We will go to bat for you in the transaction. We have great faith and great business skills.

We had a lots-of-traffic, easy-contract, and over-asking-price deal!🎉

The length of the contract was longer than usual but the end results were worth it. The buyers agent was a real team player- we love those around here! The ones who get that it’s about team effort and not a wrestling match go a lot further 🫡✨

Not to mention our sellers being the nicest, easiest folks to work for! They even left a gift for the buyers. I meaaannn 🥹🥹❤️

Being “salesy” feels so icky to me, but getting messages like this from my friends is like a BIG OL HUG!

+ I try not to be in your face salesy kind of girl. So the fact that she didn't know meant I was, in fact, not being too salesy!!
