The truth💥
Sometimes your not the face of a transaction. But let me tell you, that isn’t the point, purpose or the most important part of a transaction, EVER! It’s knowing that your client, in this case, my family, my sister is taken care of and having a face and someone with experience you trust to help guide while you dance and ping pong around in the background to ensure everything works out as it should. Kristy Smith with Howard Hanna did a wonderful job and I’m glad to consider her a teammate even if we are in different firms.

Another misconception is that we as agents are enemies of one another and it takes years of experience, transactions and dealing with all sorts to learn that you are a BROKER. You are to broker the deal. Make it work and do it professionally.
