CO-WORK AT THE HOOD PLANT

We’ve put our rambling, renovated factory space in the Hood Plant to better use by sharing some of it! The former HPHood Pasteurization Room, later a photo studio and now could be your office away from home!

Available: 4 different types of spaces, starting with smaller offices for one or larger offices for one or two people. We even offer a funky large two room space with a wooden sliding door made from Old Hood Plant floorboards. Perfect for the self-employed, someone in search of an incubator office or simply your office away from home and/or coffee shops.

Includes access to a common kitchen area, comfy collab space and even a spacious conference room (at no extra charge).

Creative energy buzzes around from both The Hood Plant commercial and residential tenants. The old photo studio space is pure Hood Plant history, but stylistically upgraded by our tenants from Place Creative Company.
