A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered and attended. Our school community is something special, and it’s wonderful to see everyone come together to make a difference for our students!

Thinking about buying new construction? 🏡 Before you fall in love with the model home, here are a few things every buyer should know!

1. The model home may include upgrades that aren’t standard.
2. Compare lenders, rates, fees, and APR before accepting a builder’s financing offer.
3. The builder’s sales agent represents the builder, not you.
4. Get independent inspections throughout the building process, not just at closing.
5. Ask questions, negotiate where possible, and get every agreement in writing.
6. Expect possible construction delays, and keep track of unfinished items and warranty repairs.

Remember, not every upgrade adds resale value, and not all builders offer the same level of craftsmanship.

The biggest takeaway? Having someone in your corner can make all the difference.
