Pat Rauter - Comey & Shepherd

Pat Rauter - Comey & Shepherd Real estate agent with Comey & Shepherd Realtors, West Chester Office. Always here to help. I taught the Art for thirty-seven years in my tenure at Madison.

I am a full-time licensed real estate professional, born and raised in Middletown, Ohio. My alma mater is Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where I earned both a bachelor degree and masters degree. My first lengthy career was as an Art teacher with the Madison Local School District. I was Chairman of the Fine Arts Department, Art Club Advisor, Sophomore Class Advisor. It was wonderful! Thirty-seven years of teaching Art grades K-12 over the years has given me a wealth of inter-personal people skills and valuable life long relationships with former students, parents and colleagues. Manfred, my husband of 35 years, co-owned and operated a styling salon in Kenwood before his retirement. We have two adult children, Audrey and Paul who are our pride and joy. Let me be your guide in finding your dream home. Working with me offers decades of design experience along with sales and marketing. Whether you want to buy a new home or sell your current home, you can depend on me to put you and your needs first. Together we can achieve the best value for you. My extensive art background can be put to work for you by determining which improvements will be most beneficial in producing a quick sale or if staging your home to show off its strong points, I can assist you from start to finish. My goal is to work together with my clients to make buying or selling a home as easy as possible. I want to be a valuable asset by helping you understand how the business process works and ease your mind in knowing you are working with a Realtor you can know and trust who listens, communicates and understands your needs. Together we will achieve a solid relationship from beginning to sold. Licensure
