Nobody wants to hear "we need to drop the price."

I don't love saying it either, honestly.

But what I love even less is watching a house sit on the market for 90 days while the sellers wonder what went wrong.

So I say it anyway.

My goal isn't to list houses. It's to sell them, and sometimes the most powerful marketing move we can make is to drop the price.

You know the house I'm talking about.

The one that has been adequately child proofed. The snacks are stocked and everyone knows they don't need to ask permission to grab a bag of goldfish for their 2-year old. The one where all the moms breathe a sigh of relief as soon as they walk in the front door.

I’ve accepted that my brain is permanently set to real estate mode. 😂

It doesn’t turn off at dinner, take weekends off or care that we were trying to have a completely normal conversation about something else.

Whether I’m driving through Butler County, checking out a new listing or enjoying the river in East Brady, part of my brain is always noticing homes, neighborhoods, market activity and properties with potential.
