Two closings. Two completely different stories. One very grateful Realtor. 🥹🏡🔑✨

Today we officially closed 721 W Penn St — another investment property under new ownership 🙌 — AND 21 Ann Arbor Ave, where I got to be part of an exciting next chapter for some pretty wonderful people. ❤️

Days like today are such a reminder of why I love what I do. It’s never just houses, paperwork and keys… it’s people trusting me with big decisions, new beginnings, investments, changes and all the emotions that come along for the ride.

So, so thankful for my clients, the referrals, the friendships and everyone who continues to support my little corner of the real estate world. 🥰
